G. Fergus
President & CEO
Bill has extensive communications and research experience in
the pharmaceutical medical device markets. Prior to founding
The Willow Group, Inc. in 1994, Mr. Fergus served as Director
of Pharmacy Programs at Jobson Publishing, Director of Medical
Education Programs at Maclean Hunter Medical Communications,
and Publisher at Romaine Pierson Publishers, Inc., where he also
served on the Executive Committee. As a Member of the Marketing Research Association, Bill has experience
in both healthcare and consumer research initiatives. Healthcare
experience includes ethical pharmaceuticals, hospital alternate
site equipment and supplies providers, Managed Care Organizations,
OEM Medical Device manufacturers, and diagnostics. Mr. Fergus is
a member of the Midwest Healthcare Marketing Association. |

Uwe
Hohgrawe, PhD
Managing Director
Uwe has an extensive qualitative and quantitative Market Research
background in pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer global
studies. He has held various Market Research roles for Sandoz
AG (Novartis) in Nuremberg, Germany, GfK Healthcare in Nuremberg,
Germany, Johnson and Johnson/Janssen Strategic Marketing in Beerse,
Belgium, and most recently Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical
Group Strategic Marketing in Raritan, New Jersey. Mr. Hohgrawe
holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from University Wuppertal
Germany, and also lectures on Market Research at Universities
in Germany and the USA. Uwe served as Vice-President and President of EphMRA (Global MR
association) and presented on a regular basis on Market Research
and Competitive Intelligence issues during meetings and conferences
in Europe and the USA. |

Zazas
Project Supervisor Patti provides day-to-day management of project logistics and
internal management. She brings more than 15 years experience
in client service and project management to The Willow Group.
Her uncompromising focus on understanding project objectives
and attention to detail assure satisfactory completion of project
deliverables on time as promised. Patti is a member of Meeting
Professionals International. |

David Twersky
SVP Global Business Insight
David started his career in Market Research as a Project Manager at Strategic Analysis, Inc., followed by a tenure as Senior Market Research Analyst at Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories.
For the next 15 years – and with increasing responsibilities - David held various Market Research Director positions at Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Novartis.
Over this period David led the entire scope of therapeutic area market research activities in support of new and in-line products, led market research
efforts supporting US, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, and was the market research lead on global commercial teams and joint venture teams.
Amongst the therapeutic areas that David worked on are Infectious Disease, Transplant and Immunology, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Hospital Anti-Infectives, Renal Disease, Pain and Inflammation,
Women’s Health, Oncology, Neuroscience, Anti-Depressants and Multiple Sclerosis. |

Alda Karim
VP Global Business Insight Ms. Karim has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
Adla started her career in Market Research as a Project Director at Q Research Solutions, Inc. and joined Synovate in 2002 as Senior Project Director.
Between 2004 and 2009 Ms. Karim worked for Harris Interactive as Research Director and most recently for GfK as Associate Vice President.
In all her professional career Adla led the research organizations efforts in representing “the voice of the consumer” to their clients by providing actionable feedback through custom-designed research projects.
Ms. Karim gained experience in all phases of global and domestic pharmaceutical market research and (among others) in the following therapeutic areas: Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Oncology, Lipid disorders, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Transplants. |
