In our projects The Willow Group and GA Communication Group are currently offering and implementing several New Online Technologies approaches like Yammer, Adobe Connect, ooVoo, etc. Furthermore, with new opportunities literally developing 'every day' we are constantly engaged in an initiative to investigate those New Online Technologies and then recommend best practices for each of them that will provide insights into the physician and patient online communities and will develop proprietary methodologies that will enhance the information collected; thereby, increasing the value of market research study results as these new online technologies will become an additional source of information to answer our client's business questions.
